Celebrate IYD with 108 sun salutations!
Join us in Celebrating International Yoga Day with 108 sun salutations at Manly and/or Neutral Bay studios.
Your favourite teachers will take turns in guiding you through different variations of the salute to the sun. Our resident DJ will provide the tunes to help you energetically flow through this fun and uniquely challenging class.
After reaching the 108 milestone there will be a generous stretch and students are welcome to join us for refreshments.
