Sādhanā is a spiritual discipline — a container for clarity, energy, and deep transformation. From 3–23 November, join us for three weeks of movement, meditation, and self-inquiry designed to rewire your patterns and support the future you’re stepping into.

Keenan Crisp

Keenan has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has trained in India, the USA and Australia honing his craft. Keenan’s classes are traditionally focussed and he delivers a very knowledgeable and authentic yogic dialogue when teaching. He brings a depth of traditional experience to ensure every class is deeply connected, spiritually powerful and uniquely delivered with love and warmth for all. Keenan’s love for life and all beings in it, his sense of natural joy and appreciation of life creates a space that is so fertile for growth.

Tobie Say

Tobie joined Power Living Neutral Bay as a student in 2009 during her first 200 Teacher Training and  she instantly fell in love with the practice and the community. These days Tobie gets to live out her passion of teaching to the community which she loves, leading and mentoring Power Living’s team of facilitators.

Tobie’s joy in teaching yoga is infectious, her style described as unfailingly chilled and she is known for taking her students with her on a yoga journey that lightens the heart as much as it strengthens the body.
