Explore Annie Carpenter’s Movement Principles of the Feet and Hands (Padas & Hastas) with Gina. This 2-day course will emphasise how you create a stable and steady base to support the rest of your body in dynamic stillness and movement. Just as a tree needs firm roots to reach towards the sun, the yogi needs firm roots to create a steady base that establishes what is above. This will be a delightful exploration deepening your awareness within the asana practice, movement, anatomy, and mindfulness meditation practices.
