Lily, raised on Sydney’s lower north shore, has been connected to the Power Living community from a young age. Introduced to Power Living at 12 by her mother, Lily’s been passionate about yoga ever since. Her background in classical ballet, where she trained and performed with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and Company for two years, gave her a solid foundation in movement and anatomy and led her to incorporate yoga into her training.
After her ballet career, Lily immersed herself back into yoga, completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Power Living and Yin Yoga Training with Kai Yoga in 2021. Through these trainings she discovered her passion for making yoga accessible to all, regardless of ability, and sharing yoga’s joy and tranquility.
Lily’s classes emphasise proper alignment, injury prevention and longevity, encouraging students to respect their bodies and adapt the practice to their needs. She believes yoga should promote balance and energy, allowing students to apply yogic principles to daily life. Lily strives to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable challenging themselves while taking care of their bodies.
