Keenan hasn’t followed a straight line — and that’s exactly the point.
He began as a Paratrooper, leading troops across Australia and Southeast Asia. Today, he leads in a different way — facilitating yoga and coaching and mentoring business leaders to perform at a high level without losing clarity, energy, or control.
In between, he took a five-year sabbatical that reshaped his direction — travelling extensively through Europe by motorcycle, journeying through the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and spending nearly three years living and studying in ashrams and yoga universities in India. During this time, he also worked with Médecins Sans Frontières in the Democratic Republic of Congo as a logistician, helping rehabilitate and operate a hospital in a high-pressure environment. It was here that discipline met devotion, structure met surrender, and a deeper foundation was formed.
For over 20 years, Keenan has studied and taught both nationally and internationally, delivering more than 10,000 hours of yoga, meditation, philosophy, and breathwork. His work is grounded, practical, and shaped by lived experience — not theory.
His teaching style is clear, direct, and quietly powerful. Students often describe feeling both challenged and supported — leaving with a stronger body, a clearer mind, and a deeper sense of control over how they live and perform.
Beyond the mat, Keenan works with leaders who want to achieve meaningful results without burning out. His approach centres on clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence — helping people sustain high standards and become what he calls “Happy Achievers.”
As CEO & Owner of Power Living Australia, Keenan leads with both vision and accountability. He brings together behavioural science, ancient practice, and real-world experience to create environments where people grow under pressure — not shrink from it.
His work is ultimately about one thing: helping people perform at a high level while staying grounded, present, and connected to what matters.
