30-Day Winter Challenge

This winter, join us as we embark on a journey to stoke the inner fire and discover the best version of ourselves!
In Power Living’s 30-Day challenge, we will guide you in establishing (or re-establishing) a regular asana practice of 5x per week and daily meditation. We encourage you to track your progress on the wall poster in your local studio to help you stay accountable to your goal throughout the month.
We’ll curiously delve into the art of Abhyasa and Vairagya (practice and non-attachment) and Svadhyaya (self-study), which lay the foundations of the practice of yoga.
Dive in deeper at Neutral Bay
For those who would like a more immersive experience, over the course of 30 days, we will meet in person weekly at Neutral Bay to check in and guide you through the journey. Previous 30-Day Challenges have fostered beautiful bonds between students, and we hope that you will enjoy coming together as a community to share in this enriching process.
We will close the course with a beautiful community event.
