Known as a teachers’ teacher, Annie Carpenter brings her teaching methodology known as SmartFLOW yoga to Power Living this November. Expect to meld precision with exploration, challenge with play, and traditional rigour with modern flow as you find your edges both physically and mentally. These workshops will bring the best of FUNctional anatomy, focused asana, guidance in assisting and therapeutic practices to nurture you into more inspired and creative teaching and/or personal practice.
With a focus on the pelvic girdle for this 20hr Teacher Training weekend, dive deep into all 4 sides of your hip sockets, lateral bending to new depths to create a new spaciousness and mobility in the body.
ABOUT THE MODULE
Annie Carpenter brings both passion and expertise from over 3 decades of Yoga practice and teaching. The weekend will be a mix of FUNctional anatomy, strong Asana relating to the area focus, Assessing and Hands-on-Assisting for essential poses, and Therapeutic practices.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to 200hr qualified teachers and experienced intermediate students (by application only).

CERTIFICATION: 200-hour RYT will be eligible to receive 20 hours towards their 500-hour certification with Yoga Alliance or their 350-hour certificate with Yoga Australia.
