Relocating from Munich, Germany, to Sydney, Australia, over 10 years ago. Finding yoga through Power Living in 2014 had me hooked. I completed my 200hr Teacher Training in 2017, without the intention of stepping onto the teacher’s mat. And yet, here I am having left my corporate job to teach yoga and pilates for a living and I wouldn’t change a thing.
I have completed many more Power Living Trainings continuing through on my 500hrs pathway, including Advanced Vinyasa with Duncan Peak, Yin Yoga Training and trainings with Patrick Beach and most recently Annie Carpenter’s SmartFlowⓒ. Over the last few years, I have been also certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates.
I strongly believe in the magic of movement and that people should always move their bodies in a way that makes them feel good, not take it too seriously, especially when you are challenged on your mat. Yoga is for everybody; it’s all about how you show up rather than the shapes after all. Sharing and making yogic philosophy accessible for everyday life is still one of my favourite parts. When I am not in yoga tights ,I am most likely dipping in the ocean or out and about with friends, while also making time to dive deeper in my Human Design Reader training.

Which particular practices get you through hard times?
My yoga practice, quality time with friends and in nature.
How do you define a life well lived?
Going to sleep feeling content.
