Peta

Name: Peta Constance Gray
Role: Facilitator

From the moment I stepped into my first Power Living class I was blown away. I felt totally at home. I had been practicing other styles but it was Power Living that won me over. It was then I decided to take the step of becoming a teacher. I completed my 200hrs Teacher Training in 2017, and have since completed many more Teacher Trainings with Power Living, continuing on my 500hr pathway. I have also trained with Annie Carpenter’s, @Smart Flow. I love to share my joy of yoga in the room, teaching a slow and strong flow. Giving space to breathe and be present. Allowing the students to walk away from class feeling more spacious, more joyful and more connected with themselves. Yoga is a huge part of my life, both on and off the mat. I am so grateful for the practice as it has shone a light on how to live my best life. Finding that beautiful connection with the physical and spiritual self.
