Originally from Darwin but Sydney has been my home for over a decade now. Living near a nice beach has always been important to me-even though I rarely swim! Spending time and breathing in the air close to the ocean calms me. Whilst I’ve always been into fitness my preconception of yoga was that it wasn’t for me until a friend invited me to take a role with Power Living and then since my first class I’ve been hooked! I’ve since immersed myself into it so much I’m commencing the 200hr Teacher training. I feel very lucky to be surrounded and supported daily by some amazing teachers and mentors who are inspiring and encouraging me on this journey.
