Originally from Darwin, Sydney has been Sarah’s home for over a decade now. Living near a nice beach has always been important to her, spending time and breathing in the air close to the ocean. Since her first yoga class at Power Living she was hooked; completing her her 200hr teacher training in 2022.

Sarah was previously the Bondi Beach Studio Manager and now leads the amazing community of teachers and students in Manly as Studio Manager. Sarah is grateful to be surrounded and supported daily by some amazing teachers and mentors who are inspiring and encouraging me on this journey.
