As the seasonal shift from Autumn to Winter approaches we see the days getting shorter, the weather cooler and our susceptibility to external pathogens ie: the cold and flu increases. Winter being the most Yin of all the seasons is a time of turning inward, slowing down and allowing ourselves moments of deep rest.
Chinese Medicine considers the seasonal change a time of preparation and late Autumn is the perfect time to indulge in Yin and Pins. Throughout this workshop you will move through a class designed to invigorate the Lung Qi and support the immune system, following on from class you will receive an acupuncture treatment to reinforce the energy cultivated throughout the class, preparing you for the Winter months.
