This pose is the salt of the vinyasa yoga practice and is one of the most beneficial postures used in classes. It’s considered a resting pose during our dynamic sequence. This will be of benefit during classes, as you can also use the pose for long recovery holds.

This is a powerful, strengthening pose that coordinates many muscles within the body and requires considerable strength to perform. Try to stay calm, breathe and let go of any struggle.
