Each course is run by a senior Power Living facilitator who will guide you through the six-week journey. All our staff are on hand to offer support and share their personal experiences of the journey. You’ll also have full support of the community, sharing your challenges and discoveries at weekly meetings. Most of our teachers take this journey at least once a year, so they understand what you’re going through and what to expect along the way.
