Power Living’s Modern Yogi Project is a six week journey to total personal transformation. Explore the four pillars upon which Power Living’s yoga practice has been built, influencing the lives of thousands of people for over a decade.

This is your opportunity to delve into all the elements that can build a life-long, sustainable yoga practice. Moving beyond the physical to include meditation, nutrition and self-study, you’ll overcome the limiting beliefs and negative patterns that hold you back in life; have built self-acceptance; feel vibrant, clear, positive and free; and be a step closer to living your most authentic, happy and fulfilled life.

Each course is run by a senior Power Living facilitator who will guide you through the six-week journey. All our staff are on hand to offer support and share their personal experiences of the journey. You’ll also have full support of the community, sharing your challenges and discoveries at weekly meetings. Most of our teachers take this journey at least once a year, so they understand what you’re going through and what to expect along the way.

The course costs $109 for Power Living members and $309 for non-members (membership is those on a six-month, annual or direct debit membership).
