Experience invigorating morning vinyasa practices, relaxing afternoon yin, Nidra and nurturing sound baths. Connect with nature and soothe your spirit. Enjoy time for guided mindfulness exercises, intention setting and reflection in a peaceful mountain landscape.

Lucy Messara

A talented musician and sound healer, ease yourself into stillness with Lucy’s soothing sounds. With background training in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Body Mind Centering® (BMC), Meditation and Music and a personal practice spanning 14 years, Lucy’s greatest passion is to create safe spaces for people to reconnect to their purest expression of Self, through connection to the body.
